Your staff and students deserve leaders who have vision of where they are going and have a roadmap of how to get there. Our four-step process:

Services

Fast learning does not build strong skills. You’ll notice all services are delivered over a period of time. The Essential Leadership Team services are designed to build the capacity of your campus leadership team. The 1:1 Intensive Strategy service is more intimate and tailored to propel you into your next season. To ensure each leader receives a high-quality and uniquely designed experience, quarterly partnerships are limited to 5 campus teams.

Essential Leadership Team (6 wks)

During our six weeks together, you’ll gain clarity, connection, and coaching. Your 5-person team will engage in weekly intensive activities to convict and challenge outdated beliefs and practices while revealing equitable and essential ones. You’ll leave with clear systems, procedures, communication methods, and ready-to-go professional developments. Most importantly, you’ll have an Essential Leadership Team.
